This is a great opportunity to be part of a developing team! We are looking for a well-rounded HR Generalist with strong organizational skills, a good feel for local government human resources issues, and who is willing to roll up their sleeves to help create great services for our staff and the public. We are integrating new technology, systems, and processes and will be moving into a newly designed department space by mid-year.

Under general supervision, this position performs duties related to creating a positive employee experience. This includes but is not limited to ensuring responsive and professional service associated with recruiting, personnel record-keeping, ongoing administrative, billing, and compensation duties.
